Insurance

**We accept Blue Cross insurance only**

*Note: If you have insurance other than Blue Cross, you would be a private pay client. Please see private pay rates below for our services.

If you have Out of Network benefits with your insurance, you could get some reimbursement from insurance depending on your benefit. We are happy help walk you through this process and provide all the information you will need for reimbursement (i.e. a statement/super bill).

Private Pay Rates

For MA level therapist:

$155 for initial eval session

$140 for one hour individual session

$105 for 45 min individual session

$75 for 30 min individual session

For PsyD level therapist:

$205 for initial eval session

$180 for one hour individual session

$135 for 45 min individual session

$95 for 30 min individual session

All major credit cards are accepted for payment. We only use Credit card payment methods because all sessions are telehealth. We are also able to accept HSA/FSA cards if you have one. All payments are due at the time of the visit.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel/change an appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment. All late cancels or no shows for appointments will be billed a fee in the amount of $50.
